Also for this 22nd edition of The Garden of Delights the chefs of Butifarra bring their mobile kitchen to the estate and will prepare fresh, homemade, organic dishes.
You can choose from an assortment of tapas and raciones and take place at the Table of Delights, within the "Koetshuis" of the estate, prior, halfway or after the magical winter walk.
At the bar you`ll order a drink to complete this Garden of Delights experience.
A small selection from the tapas menu, with Spanish Winterdelights:
- A pig on a spit - Fabada (white bean with chorizo and black pudding) - Cocido Montañes (the Spanish version of the typical Dutch pea soup with white beans and kale) - Arroz con Secreto y Setas (rice with pork and mushrooms)
Of course vegetarians are also taken into account:
- Pisto (Spanish ratatouille) - Papas Arrugadas (potatos with a salty crust and aïoli) - Arroz a la Huertana (rice with a lot of vegetables)
Besides this you can order a delicious snack platter with among other things, Butifarra`s own ham, cheese, peppers...
And for the sweet tooth; Pasteis de Nata of Pastel Cordobes to go with your coffee.
